I cater for the professional athlete, providing ongoing analysis, injury treatment and prevention, to a client with a stiff neck, or ankle sprain.

I have been in the fitness and sporting profession for many years now, and have built up a wealth of experience.

I also offer relaxing massages.

On your first appointment I ascertain your symptoms, assess your treatment goals, and establish a treatment plan.

I am also able to arrange a pre-event/post-event massage.
